CRIVIX Subscription, Withdrawal and Cancellation Terms

In short

• CRIVIX is currently by invitation. For as long as you are admitted to the pilot, CRIVIX Premium is free. The price is € 0.
• You do not need a subscription, a code or payment details, and nothing is ever charged or renewed. Your free Premium never turns into a paid subscription, not even silently.
• A paid subscription does not exist at this time. If we offer one later, that is a new, separate choice that only you can make, under new terms that we publish in advance.
• You can stop at any time: e-mail support@crivix.app or delete your account in Settings → Account.
• You have a 14-day cooling-off period after your admission. If you withdraw, your Premium ends immediately. Because you paid nothing, there is nothing to refund.

1. Scope and definitions

1. These terms apply to CRIVIX Premium and supplement the terms of service. For everything concerning Premium, these terms take precedence.
2. Premium is the part of CRIVIX that makes training sessions: having sessions composed, extra sessions and adaptations via the Check-in.
3. Your profile, your week and football week, your history, statistics and journal, Settings, and downloading and deleting your data are always available, also without Premium. Your data is never put behind a payment.
4. This version describes only the free access during the invitation period. It contains no price, no trial period and no renewal rules, because no paid subscription exists. No payment obligation can arise from these terms.

2. Your free Premium during the invitation period

1. Your admission to the pilot gives you free access to Premium at once. You do not need to start anything or enter a code.
2. We do not ask for a payment method and do not store one. There is no way in which an amount is charged during the invitation period.
3. Your free Premium lasts at least 8 weeks from your admission and then continues free of charge for as long as the invitation period lasts.
4. After your first settings we send you a welcome e-mail. You can always read these terms again in Settings → Privacy and data.
5. You can stop at any time (section 4) and withdraw within the cooling-off period (section 5).

3. A paid version: only after your new, explicit choice

1. CRIVIX does not currently offer a paid subscription.
2. If we later decide to offer a paid version, we first publish a new version of these terms for it, with the price, the duration, the renewal, cancellation and the right of withdrawal. We announce that at least 14 days in advance by e-mail and in the app.
3. A paid subscription only comes about if you then explicitly choose it yourself, after you have seen the price and the new terms, with an order button that makes clear that you are entering into an obligation to pay. Your free Premium never turns into a paid subscription by itself, and we never charge anything without that choice.
4. If you do not choose a paid subscription, only your Premium access ends when the invitation period ends. Your account, your data and everything in section 1.3 remain available. You do not need to do anything for that.

4. Stopping

1. You can stop at any time, without cost: e-mail support@crivix.app from the e-mail address of your account, or delete your account in Settings → Account.
2. We confirm by e-mail that your Premium access has ended. Your account and your data remain until you delete your account.
3. If you want to take part again during the invitation period, e-mail the same address. You still pay nothing and need no code.

5. Cooling-off period and right of withdrawal

1. Even though you pay nothing, your free Premium is a distance contract to which the statutory consumer rules apply: you provide us with personal data that we also use to measure whether CRIVIX works (section 3 of the privacy policy). As a consumer you therefore have the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 days of the day of your admission, without giving reasons (Article 6:230h(1)(b) and Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code).
2. How to withdraw. Send an e-mail to support@crivix.app or use the model form at the end of this document. We confirm receipt by e-mail. Withdrawing in time means: sent before the end of the cooling-off period.
3. Immediate use. You can use Premium right away, also during the cooling-off period. Because you pay nothing, that costs you nothing, even if you withdraw afterwards.
4. Consequences of withdrawal. Your Premium ends immediately. You paid nothing, so there is nothing to refund, and you owe us nothing. Your account and your data remain; if you also want to delete your account, you do that in Settings → Account.
5. After the cooling-off period you can no longer withdraw, but you can always stop (section 4).

6. Changes to Premium

We may change and improve Premium. Section 10 of the terms of service applies: we only change for the valid reasons stated there, a change costs you nothing extra and we inform you about it clearly. If a change negatively affects your access or use to more than a minor extent, we inform you reasonably in advance by e-mail of the features and time of the change, and you may terminate the agreement free of charge within 30 days of receiving that information or, if that is later, within 30 days of the moment the change was made.

7. Termination by CRIVIX

If we end your free Premium or CRIVIX itself, the notice periods of section 9 of the terms of service apply. We may end the invitation period with at least 14 days' notice; section 3 describes what happens then.

8. Deleting your account

If you delete your account, your free Premium ends too. Our payment provider keeps no record for free access. See the privacy policy.

9. Complaints and contact

Questions or complaints about your free Premium? E-mail support@crivix.app. We usually respond within 1 to 2 working days. CRIVIX (in oprichting), Christiaan Deniz. Address and Chamber of Commerce number follow upon registration before the paid period.
